About the Job
We are looking for a Customer Service staff, preferably female, to play a critical role in our expansion and to assume the day-to-day operation of the business. As Customer Service staff, you will:
- Communicate with our users over phone social media
- Respond to messages and emails
- Help our users post classified ads.
You will also be involved in business development and strategy formation as we expand.
You are expected to work from 9am to 5pm, five days a week. Working from home is encouraged, especially during those difficult times.
About the candidate
We are looking for a young, energetic and trustworthy female candidate. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently and with diligent. You must be able to communicate well in English and above all, be responsible.
If you also have a passion to learn business development, to discover or apply your skills in sales, PR, or strategy, then this job will be of particular interest to you.
Salary
We offer about 500,000 kyat salary, negotiable, plus the ability to work from home while the country is dealing with the current developing crisis.
