With 30 contestants hoping to steal Peter Weber’s heart on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” it’s only a matter of time until we get to know the ladies that catch the eye of “Pilot Pete.” But ahead of Monday’s three-hour premiere, new information about their pasts has already come to light.
According to several spoiler blogs, Hannah Ann Sluss, a 23-year-old Knoxville, Tenn., native, is one to watch — and you might have even seen her face before.
Here are nine things to know about the brunette beauty.
1. She’s a model
If Sluss looks familiar, it’s because she’s a professional model signed with Wilhelmina Models, Elite Daily reports. She’s been featured in nationwide campaigns, like this one for Downy. She’s also a “talented painter and loves to dabble in interior decorating,” per her bio.
2. She’s gone under the knife
The Sun dug up a 2018 Instagram video of Sluss revealing that she had breast augmentation surgery four years prior with Dr. Ed Breazeale at the Breazeale Clinic in Knoxville, Tenn. “I was really anxious about it at first,” she says in the video clip. “I had never had any work done before, and I was really nervous because this is plastic surgery and I wanted it to look as natural as possible. I also didn’t want everyone to really recognize that I had had surgery. I wanted it to just be a gradual transition into looking more like a woman.”
3. She’s been in a music video
Fan of Chris Lane, the country crooner who married “Bachelor” star Lauren Bushnell in October? Then Sluss is easily recognizable from her appearance in his music video “I Don’t Know About You.”
4. She has a famous friend in the “Bachelor Nation”
In a Dec. 16 livestream video to meet the contestants, host Chris Harrison reveals that Sluss is friends with Hannah Godwin from “Bachelor in Paradise.” In fact, Godwin, who got engaged to Dylan Barbour on the show, introduced producers to her pal Sluss. They’ve also posed for selfies together on her Instagram account.
5. She might just start drama on the show
In the same livestream, Harrison alludes to drama to come centering around Sluss. “For someone who is very naive and innocent,” he explains, “she ended up in the middle of everything. Every bit of drama you could run into, this was Hannah Ann.” He continued: “Seems sweet, quiet, reserved. Girl’s got a backbone.” Blogger Reality Steve, the eyes and ears of Bachelor Nation, also revealed in a spoilers post that trouble will come with Sluss.
6. She was in a long-term relationship
Sluss is no stranger to love, Cosmopolitan reports, and was in a relationship for several years with a man named Ben, who was last seen in a photo on her Facebook account in 2017.
7. She lives at home
The Knoxville native counts her parents as her “landlords,” according to her bio, as she still lives at home. This jibes well with Weber, who also reportedly still lives at home.
8. She’s a beauty queen
Just like some of her fellow contestants, Sluss has “competed in some Miss Tennessee pageants,” according to Cosmo. Reality Steve dug up an old clip of her question and answer portion, too.
9. She’s into hunting
When her Facebook profile was still public, Cosmo republished several photos of Sluss in hunting gear with dead animals.
