Crew of China Central Television (CCTV) are shooting the scenes of significant places in Yangon, Mandalay and ancient cultural city Bagan beginning 5 January.
The documentary programme is to mark the 70th anniversary of diplomatic establishment between Myanmar and China.
They filmed Shwedagon, Sule and Botahtaung pagodas, Yangon City Hall and Independence Monument in Maha Bandula Park on 5 January before they take the scenes in Hotel Zone (1) of Nay Pyi Taw in the following day. The programme for CCTV will also include ancient cultural temples and pagodas in Bagan, Mt Popa, Mandalay Palace and Mandalay Hill.
